Vegan Cauliflower Wings with Spicy Batter
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower approx. 4 cups of florets
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, almond flour, or even ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 220C.
In a large mixing bowl, mix ingredients to create your batter.
Dip your chopped cauliflower florets into the batter, and place on parchment paper.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare your usual wings sauce, and enjoy.
