Vegan Cauliflower Wings with Spicy Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower approx. 4 cups of florets
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, almond flour, or even ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 220C.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix ingredients to create your batter.

  3. Dip your chopped cauliflower florets into the batter, and place on parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Prepare your usual wings sauce, and enjoy.
