Yorkshire Pudding for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 180ml milk
- 80g 00 flour
- Sea salt
- White pepper
- 2 large eggs
Serving
- Sea salt
- Sriracha
Preparation
Add all ingredients in this order: milk, flour, sea salt, white pepper, and eggs.
Beat the mixture well.
Refrigerate the batter while preheating the oven to 220°C with oiled tins inside.
Once the oil is smoking, pour the batter into the tins.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve the pudding.
Tips
Ensure the oven door remains closed during baking to allow the pudding to rise properly.
