Croissant Boat Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 part-baked reduced fat croissant
  • Baked beans (already cooked)
  • Grated mozzarella
  • 3 quail eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Cut the part-baked croissant open less than halfway to create a pocket

  2. Fill the pocket with baked beans and grated mozzarella

  3. Place in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melty

  4. Fry the quail eggs

  5. Top the croissant with the fried quail eggs

  6. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes
