Croissant Boat Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 1 part-baked reduced fat croissant
- Baked beans (already cooked)
- Grated mozzarella
- 3 quail eggs
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Cut the part-baked croissant open less than halfway to create a pocket
Fill the pocket with baked beans and grated mozzarella
Place in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melty
Fry the quail eggs
Top the croissant with the fried quail eggs
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes
