3-Ingredient Gluten-Free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana⁠
  • 2 cups quick oat flakes 200 g⁠
  • 1 1/2 cups plant milk 375 ml⁠
  • vegetable oil for cooking⁠

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine banana, quick oatmeal and plant milk, blend until the mixture is smooth.⁠

  2. In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter.⁠

  3. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side adding oil as needed.⁠

  4. Top with maple syrup and seasonal fruit.⁠
