Brazilian Ninho Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons Ninho milk powder
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender
Pour into a caramelized mold
Bake in a water bath
