Brazilian Powdered Milk Pudding
Ingredients
Pudding
- 3 whole eggs
- 16 tablespoons powdered milk
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cups water
Caramel
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Blend the eggs, powdered milk, sugar, and water in a blender until smooth and set aside
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water for the caramel and bring to a boil
Do not stir until the syrup turns amber, then remove from heat
Pour the caramel into a pudding mold and swirl to coat the bottom and sides
Pour the blended pudding mixture over the caramel
Bake in a water bath until the top is golden
