Healthy Hummus Dip with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 tin organic chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor.
Serve with vegetable crudités of choice and be adventurous with your designs.
