Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 350g silken tofu
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • A shot of coffee

Preparation

  3. Set in the fridge overnight.

  4. Serve with chopped chocolate, fruit, and coconut cream or fresh cream.
