Vegan Silken Tofu Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 600g silken tofu
- 6 tbsp coconut milk
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together over low heat or in a microwave.
In a blender, combine the silken tofu, cocoa powder, coconut milk, and coconut blossom sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the blender and blend until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
