Easy 10-Minute Vegan Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

For serving

  • Vegan Whipped Cream
  • Nut butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Maple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat waffle machine.

  2. Add flour into a mixing bowl and add the baking powder, salt and sugar. Then add the plant-based milk, coconut oil and vanilla and whisk to remove any lumps.

  3. When your waffle maker is heated, pour out the batter and close the machine. Each waffle maker is different so check yours to see the amount of batter you need!

  4. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve with desired toppings!
