Easy No-Bake Layered Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • One 450g packet Hup Seng vegetable crackers
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh milk (add more if mixture is too thick)
  • 3 tablespoons Horlicks powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Quickly dip biscuits in fresh milk and arrange the first layer as the base

  3. Pour the cheese mixture over the base and add a second layer of dipped biscuits

  4. Add the final layer on top and chill briefly

  5. Add desired topping before serving
