Homemade Green Mango Preserve with Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated green mango
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel green mango and grate it.

  2. In a pan add sugar and grated mango and mix it well; the sugar slowly starts to form a syrup.

  3. Once the consistency of sugar syrup is right and mixture is semi-solid, turn off the heat.

  4. Add cloves and cardamom.
