Iced Hibiscus Tea Drink
Ingredients
- 3 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
In a deep pot, add some water and the hibiscus and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for several minutes. Remove from heat and let it steep for several hours or overnight.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve, pressing firmly to extract the juice well.
Add ice cubes to serving glasses and pour the hibiscus drink, then serve.
