Keto Dark Chocolate Collagen Pots
Ingredients
- 1 small 100% dark chocolate bar
- 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter (can substitute with walnut or cashew butter)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Cream from 1 tin full fat coconut milk
- 1 scoop grass-fed collagen
- 1/2 a date or preferred low GI sweetener
Preparation
Melt the chocolate, almond butter, and coconut oil over a bowl of simmering water.
Combine the coconut cream, melted chocolate mixture, collagen, and date in a food processor and blend.
Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate for one hour.
