Keto Dark Chocolate Collagen Pots

Ingredients

  • 1 small 100% dark chocolate bar
  • 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter (can substitute with walnut or cashew butter)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Cream from 1 tin full fat coconut milk
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen
  • 1/2 a date or preferred low GI sweetener

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate, almond butter, and coconut oil over a bowl of simmering water.

  2. Combine the coconut cream, melted chocolate mixture, collagen, and date in a food processor and blend.

  3. Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate for one hour.
