Rose Cardamom Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c GF flour
  • 1 t. Baking powder
  • 1/8 t. Baking soda
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • 1 c. + 2 T packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Coconut oil
  • 3 T. Water
  • 3 T creamy cashew butter
  • 1 t. Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Lilly’s Chocolate chips
  • 1 t. Cardamom
  • 2 t. Rosewater

Preparation

  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

  2. Pull them out before the edges brown to keep them soft.

Tips

  1. Use Lilly’s chocolate chips for a favorite option.
