Rose Cardamom Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c GF flour
- 1 t. Baking powder
- 1/8 t. Baking soda
- 1/4 t. Salt
- 1 c. + 2 T packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Coconut oil
- 3 T. Water
- 3 T creamy cashew butter
- 1 t. Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Lilly’s Chocolate chips
- 1 t. Cardamom
- 2 t. Rosewater
Preparation
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Pull them out before the edges brown to keep them soft.
Tips
Use Lilly’s chocolate chips for a favorite option.
