Spicy Plant-Based Sausage Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • 2 plant-based sausages
  • 1/2 box button mushrooms
  • Tagliatelle
  • A little pasta water
  • 4 extra light cheese triangles
  • Spinach
  • 20g grated mozzarella
  • Chilli and garlic sauce

Seasonings

  • Sweet smoked paprika
  • Onion salt
  • Garlic powder
  • White pepper BBQ seasoning
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Slice and fry the sausages until cooked.

  2. Slice and fry the mushrooms until softened.

  3. Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions.

  4. Combine a little pasta water, cheese triangles, and seasonings in a pan to make a sauce.

  5. Add the fried sausages, mushrooms, and spinach to the sauce and stir through.

  6. Stir in the grated mozzarella until the mixture becomes sticky.
