Spicy Plant-Based Sausage Tagliatelle
Ingredients
- 2 plant-based sausages
- 1/2 box button mushrooms
- Tagliatelle
- A little pasta water
- 4 extra light cheese triangles
- Spinach
- 20g grated mozzarella
- Chilli and garlic sauce
Seasonings
- Sweet smoked paprika
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- White pepper BBQ seasoning
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Slice and fry the sausages until cooked.
Slice and fry the mushrooms until softened.
Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions.
Combine a little pasta water, cheese triangles, and seasonings in a pan to make a sauce.
Add the fried sausages, mushrooms, and spinach to the sauce and stir through.
Stir in the grated mozzarella until the mixture becomes sticky.
