Stir-Fried Vegetables with Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- Bell pepper
- Onion
- Japanese cucumber
- Broccoli
Black pepper sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 inch ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 150-200 ml water
- Sugar to taste
- Mushroom stock to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch slurry
Preparation
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add water, then add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, sugar, and mushroom stock.
Cook until boiling, then pour in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and Japanese cucumber, stir well. Cook until slightly wilted.
