Zucchini Nests with Quail Eggs

Ingredients

  • 150 g grated zucchini (without juice)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream 10%
  • 60 g cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Salt and spices to taste
  • 4 quail eggs

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the quail eggs.

  2. Cook on a well-heated skillet, lightly greased with oil if desired.

  3. Make a dent in the middle.

  4. Flip and add quail eggs in the center.

  5. Cook under a closed lid.
