Zucchini Nests with Quail Eggs
Ingredients
- 150 g grated zucchini (without juice)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sour cream 10%
- 60 g cheese
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Salt and spices to taste
- 4 quail eggs
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the quail eggs.
Cook on a well-heated skillet, lightly greased with oil if desired.
Make a dent in the middle.
Flip and add quail eggs in the center.
Cook under a closed lid.
