Best Paleo Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 serving birchbenders paleo pancake mix
  • 1 scoop highperformancenutrition vegan cinnamon bun protein powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • cinnamon
  • water (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: pancake mix, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until frothy

  3. Combine the egg whites, pumpkin purée, and water with the dry mixture to achieve the desired consistency

  4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat
