Pumpkin Spice Waffles with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/4c organic buckwheat flour
- 1/4c @bobsredmill paleo flour
- 1/4c pumpkin purée
- 1/4c egg whites
- 1 scoop of @highperformancenutrition #vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Cashew milk to consistency (~3/4c)
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Almond butter
- @waldenfarmsinternational #sugarfree pancake syrup
Preparation
Combine all batter ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth
Refrigerate the batter for 5 minutes
Heat waffle iron to appropriate temperature
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden and fluffy
Top with blueberries, almond butter, and sugar-free pancake syrup
