Pumpkin Protein French Toast with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • One spoonful of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 scoop High Performance Nutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
  • Cinnamon

Toppings

  • Almond butter
  • Strawberries
  • Chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.

  2. Soak your bread in the mixture on each side.

  3. Place it on a hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
