Pumpkin Protein French Toast with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- One spoonful of pumpkin puree
- 1/4 scoop High Performance Nutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
- Cinnamon
Toppings
- Almond butter
- Strawberries
- Chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Soak your bread in the mixture on each side.
Place it on a hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
