Fluffy Paleo Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup birchbenders paleo pancake mix
- 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop highperformancenutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Water to consistency, about 1/2 cup
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Almond cashew super-butter
- Walden farms sugarfree pancake syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Refrigerate the batter for 5 minutes to let it set.
Cook the batter on a hot griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides
Add blueberries during cooking if desired, and top with raspberries, almond cashew super-butter, and sugarfree pancake syrup.
