Fluffy and Delicious Paleo Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/4c of birchbenders paleo pancake mix
- 1/4c organic buckwheat flour
- 1 scoop of highperformancenutrition vegan cinnamon bun protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2c pumpkin purée
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Water to consistency (~1/2c)
Toppings
- almond butter
- vegan dangfoods salted cacao toasted coconut chips
- waldenfarms international sugarfree pancake syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Adjust consistency with water as needed
Refrigerate the batter for 5 minutes to let it set.
Cook the batter on a preheated griddle or pan until golden brown on both sides
Serve with the prepared toppings
