Homemade Traditional Paleo Pancakes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup birchbenders paleo pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
  • 1 scoop highperformancenutrition vegan cinnamon bun protein powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Water to consistency (about 1/2 cup)

Toppings

  • almond butter
  • vegan dangfoods salted cacao toasted coconut chips
  • waldenfarmsinternational sugarfree pancake syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a batter.

  2. Refrigerate the batter for 5 minutes to let it set.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

  4. Pour portions of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

  5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

  6. Serve with the prepared toppings.
