Easy Homemade Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill paleo flour
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop of High Performance Nutrition vegan blueberry scone protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Water to consistency (approximately 1/2 cup)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Refrigerate the batter for 5 minutes to let it set
Add blueberries to the batter
Cook the batter on a hot griddle or pan until golden brown
Top with extra blueberries and almond butter
