Easy Chocolate Protein Pancakes Option
Ingredients
- 70g Self Raising Flour
- 40g whey (I used @phdnutritionuk smart whey)
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100ml almond milk
Preparation
Add water to the mixture to achieve desired consistency.
Cook one side of the pancake in a small frying pan to get the desired size.
Transfer the pancake to a bigger frying pan to finish cooking.
Top the pancakes with nutella, chocolate chips, and a pro crunch bar.
