Easy Chocolate Protein Pancakes Option

Ingredients

  • 70g Self Raising Flour
  • 40g whey (I used @phdnutritionuk smart whey)
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add water to the mixture to achieve desired consistency.

  2. Cook one side of the pancake in a small frying pan to get the desired size.

  3. Transfer the pancake to a bigger frying pan to finish cooking.

  4. Top the pancakes with nutella, chocolate chips, and a pro crunch bar.
