Homemade High-Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium egg
  • 25g oats (blended)
  • 100g banana
  • 20g salted caramel whey
  • 3g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Toppings

  • 20g Anchor light squirty cream
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 50g strawberries
  • 75g raspberries
  • 20g blueberry fruit spread
  • 3g desiccated coconut
  • As much sugar free syrup as you want

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats into a fine powder.

  2. Mash the banana in a bowl.

  3. Add the egg, salted caramel whey, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla essence, and blended oats to the bowl. Mix well to form a batter.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  5. Pour portions of the batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

  6. Serve the pancakes with the toppings.
