Protein Vanilla Pumpkin Coconut Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/4c arrowheadmills organic buckwheat flour
- 1/5c bobsredmill paleo flour
- 1/4c libbyspumpkin pumpkin purée
- 1/4c egg whites
- 1/2 scoop of highperformancenutrition vegan pumpkin spice latte protein powder
- 1 scoop vitalproteins coconut vanilla collagen beauty greens powder
- 1 scoop majusuperfoods mental mushrooms
- Cinnamon
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- Water to consistency (~3/4c)
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- @wild_friends almond-cashew superbutter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter.
Refrigerate the batter for 5 minutes to let it set.
Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden brown.
