Plant Based Vanilla Blueberry Oat Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl with a spatula

  2. Preheat your oven to 350F

  3. Spray or oil a muffin tin

  4. Bake for 20 minutes

  5. Enjoy the oat cups
