Plant Based Vanilla Blueberry Oat Cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
Preparation
Mix everything together in a bowl with a spatula
Preheat your oven to 350F
Spray or oil a muffin tin
Bake for 20 minutes
