Kiwi Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond or nut milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

Toppings

  • cacao nibs
  • fresh cherries
  • coconut cacao fat bomb

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 cup of almond or nut milk with half a kiwi, cinnamon, and half to one scoop of protein powder.

  2. In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup of gluten-free oats with 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds.

  3. Pour the blended mixture over the oat and chia mixture.

  4. Transfer the contents to a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.

  5. Top with cacao nibs, fresh cherries, the remaining half kiwi, and a coconut cacao fat bomb.
