Kiwi Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond or nut milk
- 1 kiwi
- cinnamon
- 1/2 to 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings
- cacao nibs
- fresh cherries
- coconut cacao fat bomb
Preparation
Blend 1 cup of almond or nut milk with half a kiwi, cinnamon, and half to one scoop of protein powder.
In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup of gluten-free oats with 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds.
Pour the blended mixture over the oat and chia mixture.
Transfer the contents to a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
Top with cacao nibs, fresh cherries, the remaining half kiwi, and a coconut cacao fat bomb.
