Pumpkin Oats Breakfast Bowl with Fall Spices

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop salted maca caramel protein
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened vegan yogurt

Preparation

  1. Set out the frozen berries to thaw

  2. Mix the oats and flax

  3. Heat up the water for 2 minutes and carefully pour over the oats, then cover with a plate for at least 30 min

  4. Remove the plate and add the protein, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin purée, and stir to combine, adding a splash of water if it seems too dry

  5. Top with the thawed berries and a nice lil plop or drizzle of unsweetened vegan yogurt

Tips

  1. The texture is thick and dreamy, and no need to dirty pots or use the stove
