Quinoa and Chia Balls
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 8 tablespoons cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Warm the coconut oil in a heavy pan.
Add all the other ingredients.
Remove from heat, cool slightly, and roll into small balls while warm.
