Quinoa and Chia Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 8 tablespoons cooked quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Warm the coconut oil in a heavy pan.

  2. Add all the other ingredients.

  3. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and roll into small balls while warm.
