Simple Overnight Oats Breakfast Option

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup plant-based yoghurt (e.g., Alpro's greek style)
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 80g strawberries
  • 80g pineapple

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together the night before.

  2. Add 80g of a couple of different fruits, such as strawberries and pineapple.

  3. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. Eat cold in the morning as a ready breakfast.
