Simple Overnight Oats Breakfast Option
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup plant-based yoghurt (e.g., Alpro's greek style)
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 80g strawberries
- 80g pineapple
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together the night before.
Add 80g of a couple of different fruits, such as strawberries and pineapple.
Refrigerate overnight.
Eat cold in the morning as a ready breakfast.
