Zucchini Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Quaker old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 1 tbsp McCormick cinnamon
  • Water
  • Blueberries
  • Additional berries
  • Kashi go love chocolate crunch cereal
  • Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips
  • Honey

Preparation

  1. Microwave the oats, zucchini, and cinnamon with water for two minutes.

  2. Add blueberries and microwave for an additional thirty seconds.

  3. Top with more berries, chocolate crunch cereal, dark chocolate chips, and honey.

  4. Note that adding vegetables like zucchini does not affect the taste and increases nutrients.
