Quick Nutritious Breakfast Oats with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup instant oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pecans
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup water
Toppings
- lovvelavva yogurt
- mango
- blueberries
- blackberries
- pepitas
- hemp hearts
- a sprinkle of matcha
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Turn on the tea kettle to heat water.
Dump the oatmeal ingredients into a bowl.
Mix and stir while it thickens.
Add yogurt, mango, blueberries, blackberries, pepitas, hemp hearts, a sprinkle of matcha, and cacao nibs.
