Quick Nutritious Breakfast Oats with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pecans
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Toppings

  • lovvelavva yogurt
  • mango
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • pepitas
  • hemp hearts
  • a sprinkle of matcha
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Turn on the tea kettle to heat water.

  2. Dump the oatmeal ingredients into a bowl.

  3. Mix and stir while it thickens.

  4. Add yogurt, mango, blueberries, blackberries, pepitas, hemp hearts, a sprinkle of matcha, and cacao nibs.
