Ginger and Cinnamon Waffle with Yoghurt and Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Wet additions
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients and whisk together.
Cook the batter in a waffle machine for ten minutes or bake in a waffle tray at 200 degrees Celsius for twelve minutes.
Serve with yoghurt and maple syrup
