Greeny Girl Dip with Chickpeas and Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 400g Organic Chickpeas (rinsed)
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • chilli flakes and black pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Tips

  1. Perfect with a few sticks of celery, cucumber and lettuce cups.

  2. This is also perfect when massaged into some baby spinach and used as a salad dressing. Top with loads of vegetables, sauerkraut, smoked salmon and pumpkin seeds for a deluxe nourish bowl.
