Greeny Girl Dip with Chickpeas and Zucchini
Ingredients
- 400g Organic Chickpeas (rinsed)
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1.5 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- chilli flakes and black pepper
Preparation
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Tips
Perfect with a few sticks of celery, cucumber and lettuce cups.
This is also perfect when massaged into some baby spinach and used as a salad dressing. Top with loads of vegetables, sauerkraut, smoked salmon and pumpkin seeds for a deluxe nourish bowl.
