Potato and Lentil Burgers

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 can of drained and rinsed lentils
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups of whole meal bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup of diced spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and combine

  2. Once combined shape into burgers

  3. In a fry pan add the oil and shallow fry

  4. Enjoy
