Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Chunks and Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 50 g peanut butter
- 100 g coconut blossom sugar
- 150 g apple sauce
- 200 ml plant milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g gluten free flour mix
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Add-ins
- a few brownie bites (optional)
- 50 g chopped dark chocolate (preferably sugar free)
Toppings
- Nut butter/chocolate cream/dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F with upper and lower heat.
Mix peanut butter, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar and plant milk. Add the remaining cake ingredients, fold in the chocolate chunks and pour the dough into a baking form with a diameter of 18 cm. Press some brownie bites into the dough.
Bake for about 60 minutes, let cool down and decorate with toppings of your choice.
