Healthy Vegan Beetroot Hummus Spread
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- 0.5 dl oat milk
- 0.25 dl olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Blend everything together in a food processor.
