Healthy Vegan Beetroot Hummus Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 0.5 dl oat milk
  • 0.25 dl olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor.

Serving ideas

  1. Use as a perfect and healthy spread on top of nourishing bowls or dip your veggies in.
