Simple Low-Carb Swoodle Carbonara Dinner
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 60g parmesan
- 250g mushrooms
- 10 lean smoked bacon medallions
- 2 tsp ghee
- 270g swoodles
Preparation
Fry the mushrooms and bacon medallions in 2 tsp ghee.
Stir the egg and parmesan mixture through the fried ingredients.
Add the swoodles and mix well.
For best results, microwave the swoodles instead of boiling for quicker preparation.
