Easy Apple Bread Loaf
Ingredients
- 220g all-purpose flour
- 1 heaped spoon apple cinnamon protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100g sugar
- 2 apples
- Cinnamon and cardamom
- 150g margarine
- 80ml water
- Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Chop the apple into small pieces, saving half an apple to slice and have on top.
Add the melted margarine and water, then mix.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking form.
Add the apple slices on top.
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
Eat as it is or with some vegan spread or peanut butter.
