Small Wild Blackberry Tarts

Ingredients

Dough

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 125g margarine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50g soy yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons water

Filling

  • 300g blackberries (approximately)
  • sugar
  • apple jelly or blackcurrant jelly or blackberry jelly

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, salt, and cubed margarine with your fingertips until the mixture resembles sand.

  2. Then add the soy yogurt and cold water to form a dough ball.

  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into small disks.

  4. Place the disks into muffin molds.

  5. Sprinkle each with a pinch of sugar and add blackberries.

  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

  7. After baking, add half a teaspoon of apple jelly to each tart.

  8. Enjoy!
