Healthy Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 100g cocoa powder
- 100g oats
- 100ml any dairy free milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 200g dates
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 50g dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 50g chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) / gas mark 4
Soak the dates in hot water and then blend them into a paste.
Rinse the black beans and then mash them.
Blend the oats into a flour-like consistency.
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until smooth.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) / gas mark 4 for 25-30 minutes.
