Brazilian Shortcrust Pastry for Empadas
Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water as needed
Preparation
Place the flour in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients except water
Knead without overworking and gradually add water until a homogeneous dough forms that does not stick to hands
Let rest for 30 minutes
Use with your preferred filling
