Easy and Nutritious Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup porridge oats
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice (e.g., soya milk)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp nut butter or seed butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 handful berries or any fruit
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a jar or storage container with a lid
Stir all the ingredients together
Place the oats mixture in the fridge to soak overnight
Notes
Add less milk for a thicker consistency
Oats can be given to babies from 6 months and children of any age
In the morning, eat the oats as is or add yogurt and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, but avoid honey for babies under 12 months
