Rainbow Jelly Cubes with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 1 package pineapple gelatin
  • 1 package tutti frutti gelatin
  • 1 package grape gelatin
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 carton heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Prepare each jelly package by dissolving in 100 ml hot water and 100 ml cold water; let cool slightly

  2. Pour each jelly into a separate square container and refrigerate until firm

  3. Cut the firm jellies into cubes and arrange in a serving dish

  4. Blend the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream until smooth

  5. Pour the cream mixture over the jelly cubes

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve

Tips

  1. The cream sauce will not set; for a set sauce, blend 1 package unflavored gelatin with the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream
