Almond Butter Cookies with Gluten Free Twist
Ingredients
- 1 cup GF flour blend (I use @bobsredmill 1-1)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup smooth almond butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 and grease cookie sheets.
Stir together dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then incorporate.
Roll into balls and press down with a fork in two directions to create the crisscross lines.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy with ice cream.
