Gluten-Free Blondies with Butterscotch and Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups King Arthur Flour measure for measure GF flour (or normal flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup Nestle Toll House butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips (or nuts or toffee etc.)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Prepare a 9x13 inch pan.

  3. Heat butter and brown sugar in a pot until melted together.

  4. Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm.

  5. Mix other ingredients in a separate bowl except for butterscotch and chocolate chips.

  6. Mix in the add-ins.

  7. Note that the batter will be very sticky.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes.

  9. Eat and enjoy!
