Orange Yogurt Cake with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fine-grained sugar
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fine orange zest
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 1 200g package yogurt

- assortment of fresh fruits
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9x3x5 inch pan with parchment paper.
Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer on high speed until foamy, gradually add 1/3 cup sugar until the mixture is stiff, and set aside.
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the mixer bowl, add the remaining ingredients and beat on low speed for 1 minute, then fold in the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into the pan, bake for 40-45 minutes until the cake is done, let it cool on a wire rack completely, and serve with fresh fruits.
